Camilla gets a kitty friend!!

I worked at a veterinary clinic all summer and one day, 4 kittens were brought in that needed a home. I went to play with them and as soon as I opened the cage, one jumped out at me and I knew I had to take it home and see how it did with our dogs. They did so well together that we had to keep her and she and Camilla are becoming best buds. She's so happy to have a friend to play with when we're gone during the day.

Milla Loves the Sandbar

Milla Turns 1!

For Milla's birthday, we took her to Petsmart and let her pick out a gift. She got a stuffed snake squeaky toy and a big red dog. She loves squeaky toys!! And especially loves to squeak them while we watch our favorite tv shows.

To continue the celebration, we took her to the beach. She hadn't been since she was a little puppy and she absolutely loved it. She jumps over the waves just like a kid! It was too funny. We were a little worried she may try to chase and play with the kids, but we had her off leash the entire time and she was perfect! She stayed right with us, relaxed under the umbrella, and just watched all the excitement, occasionally taking a dip in the water. She loves to swim. I'm going to get her a little baby pool to play in for the backyard.

We go out on the boat a lot too and take her to the sandbar and she loves to run and chase after the seagulls. Sometimes she chases after their shadows on the ground. It's hysterical. She is my best little buddy!
